Jeremiah 5:1-9 Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be [any] that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it. 2 And though they say, The LORD liveth; surely they swear falsely. 3 O LORD, [are] not thine eyes upon the truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed them, [but] they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return. 4 Therefore I said, Surely these [are] poor; they are foolish: for they know not the way of the LORD, [nor] the judgment of their God. 5 I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they have known the way of the LORD, [and] the judgment of their God: but these have altogether broken the yoke, [and] burst the bonds. 6 Wherefore a lion out of the forest shall slay them, [and] a wolf of the evenings shall spoil them, a leopard shall watch over their cities: every one that goeth out thence shall be torn in pieces: because their transgressions are many, [and] their backslidings are increased. 7 How shall I pardon thee for this? thy children have forsaken me, and sworn by [them that are] no gods: when I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlots’ houses. 8 They were [as] fed horses in the morning: every one neighed after his neighbour’s wife. 9 Shall I not visit for these [things]? saith the LORD: and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

Colossians 1:9-14 For this cause we also, since the day we heard [it], do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; 10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; 11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; 12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, [even] the forgiveness of sins:

1) Jesus is all the world to me, My life, my joy, my all; He is my strength from day to day, With-out Him I would fall; When I am sad, to Him I go, No other one can cheer me so;  When I am sad, He makes me glad, He’s my friend.

2) Jesus is all the world to me, My friend in trials sore; I go to Him for blessings and He gives them o’er and o’er; He sends the sun-shine and the rain, He sends the harvest’s golden grain; Sun-shine and rain, harvest of grain, He’s my friend.

3) Jesus is all the world to me, And true to Him I’ll be; Oh, how could I this friend deny, When He’s so true to me? Following Him I know I’m right, He watches o’er me day and night; Following Him, by day and night, He’s my friend.

4) Jesus is all the world to me, I want no better friend; I trust Him now, I’ll trust Him when Life’s fleeting days shall end; Beautiful life with such a friend; Beautiful life that has no end; Eternal life, eternal joy, He’s my friend.
